Products covered by warranty policy

This Lifetime Warranty extends to all products manufactured by Faunna and purchased directly from Faunna’s USA Amazon store.

Who is covered by warranty policy

This warranty is valid only if the purchaser is an individual who thereafter uses the product for personal consumer use. The warranty no longer applies after any resale of the pillow whether new or used.

Original proof of purchase (including date) by the original purchaser, this warranty document will be required to make a warranty claim. 

What's the warranty covers

During normal, proper use, this warranty shall apply only if product(s) fail during normal use and normal handling which is in accordance with Faunna's product care and use instructions which can be found in the package.

This warranty shall not apply if Faunna determines in its reasonable discretion that the product(s) has been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: Tears, punctures, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, folds, footprints, burns, cuts, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or blood or bodily fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

Warranty and Responsibility

We warrants the product in its original packaging sold to you against defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a lifetime from the time the product is purchased by you, when the product(s) is used normally for its intended purposes in your home.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FAUNNA LTD, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR:

(a) DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM FAUNNA CORPORATION IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR SUCH PRODUCTS, OR

(b) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF FAUNNA CORPORATION OR ONE OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES.

AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE.

EXCEPT AS COVERED BY THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT, FAUNNA CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM IT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LABOR, INSTALLATION, OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY THE USER AND, IN PARTICULAR, ANY COSTS RELATING TO THE REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT.
